Individual psychotherapy

Individual psychotherapy is a process that allows us to understand ourselves better. It looks for the sources of the mechanisms of our behavior and helps to improve relationships and ways of communicating with other people. It focuses on diagnosing the problem and improving the person's functioning. Psychotherapy at Dobre Miejsce is preceded by several consultations. It can be short or long-term, depending on the client's needs and goals. Sessions last 50 minutes and their frequency depends on the nature of the problems.

For who?

It is worth considering psychotherapy, among others, when:

 

  • You experience difficulties in relationships

  • You feel that you are at a difficult moment in your life and you need support

  • You often feel afraid or anxious

  • You experience somatic symptoms

  • You are experiencing a mental crisis due to a difficult event in your life, e.g. divorce, experiencing violence, mourning, dismissal from work.

  • You experience mood disorders - depression, dysthymia or bipolar disorder.

  • You suffer from a personality disorder
